The lubrication point of the concrete pump truck should always maintain the role of lubrication. If a failure occurs, the normal construction will be affected, and not only that, it may also cause mechanical wear. So what is the general cause of the failure of the lubrication point of the concrete pump truck during construction? Specifically, there are the following three points:

1, the manual lithium grease pump itself has a fault;

2, the chip oil separator is blocked or damaged;

3. The lubrication points of the large and small bearing housings and the stirring sleeve are blocked at one or more points.

For the above pump truck lubrication point failure, the following two solutions are usually adopted:

1. Remove the grease outlet steel pipe of the grease pump, and shake the grease pump again. It is found that the grease pump can output grease normally and can be shaken easily, indicating that there is no problem with the grease pump;

2. Remove the lubrication points of the large and small bearing seats and the stirring shaft sleeve in turn. In the process of disassembly, if it is found that a certain lubrication point is removed and the grease pump is shaken and it works normally, it is judged that the lubrication point is blocked.
